25 May 1965 history was made when Cmdt Bob Rogers and Maj John Murphy lifted off at Holme-On-Spalding-Moor with Buccaneer S MK50 tail number 413 at 16h50 for the flight of the first SAAF #Buccaneer to be delivered at the re-formed 24 Sqn at RNAS Lossiemouth.
