The Vietnam Xpak Beta for Delta Force Land Warrior was released on June 16 for beta testing. Included are 7 new photographic terrains, 6 single play missions complete with new audio briefings which are based on actual events.
Playable characters so far include a Viet Cong, an ARVN Ranger and a US 5th SFG operator. All characters are based on real characters. New weapons so far include the M1911 and M-60. The Beta also includes over 40 Mb of actual briefings, radio chatter and combat sounds from Vietnam and from classic movies like Platoon and Full Metal Jacket. The final version will be available later this year.
